Next Gen Template Setup

The process is simple.

Step 1 - See the price list and turnaround times below.

Step 2 - Send your template to kbuck@offthetrailgraphics.com along with what services you need, the date you need the templates by, proof of purchase, and any special requests (Full Length, 3/4, made exactly like it is with no color change option, certain sizes, etc).

Step 3 - You will receive an email response and an invoice for the first hour or flat fee associated with your request. Please note that custom template times vary depending on what you need. We will go over this together.

Step 4 - Template work begins. Once finished, you will receive a sample.

Step 5 - Approve the template or request any changes.

Step 6 - Once approved, if the template goes over the hour mark, you will be sent an invoice for the difference and once it is paid your template will be uploaded to the server. Next Gen will be notified so they can upload it to your account. **PLEASE NOTE THAT NEXT GEN IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS AND TEMPLATES CAN NOT BE UPLOADED TO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THIS TIME.

NOTE: You will not receive the setup template back. The setup of these templates is simply for use in the Next Gen system only. The fees you are paying are to set up the template to work with the Next Gen System.

Terms & Conditions of Service

By requesting services from Offthetrail Graphics, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment Requirements:
   All invoices must be paid in full before template work starts. Services are billed hourly and pertain to digital items, which are non-refundable.

2. Change of Mind Policy:
   If the client changes their mind after a template has been created, payment for the time spent will still be due. No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed.

3. Waiver of Dispute Rights:
   By requesting services and accepting the final product(s), the client acknowledges and agrees to waive any right to dispute invoices related to completed work. Final acceptance of work constitutes agreement that the deliverables are satisfactory and billable.

4. Acknowledgment:
   Requesting any services from Offthetrail Graphics indicates full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
